Podcast

Podcasts are digital audio or video files that can be used in the educational field to explain a topic or to emphasize a certain idea.
Audio podcasts can be simply recorded using any recording device such as a smart phone.
My friend and I have created an audio podcast about properties of diagonals; we applied it in Grade 5 and it had a positive feedback.
Feel free to use it with your students and give me your feedback.

E-Portfolio

E-Portfolio is a collection of information and projects that shows the learning progress of teachers or students.
They are used nowadays instead of traditional portfolios (printed portfolios) due to their minimal storage space.
I invite you to take part and prepare your own using this link .
This is the link of the E-portfolio I have prepared.  Feel free to have a look by clicking here

Math assessment for first graders using Survey Monkey

SurveyMonkey is an online survey that provides free and customizable surveys in addition to data collection and data analysis.
I invite you to take part and create your own one using this link.
This is a survey I have prepared to assess my students' knowledge in the first school semester in the math subject.

PowerPoint presentation about Addition (GRADE 1)

This PowerPoint is prepared for first graders to see how much they know about addition of one and two numbers.
It could be used as a motivation at the beginning of the lesson, or as a rap up at the end of the explanation.

Don't hesitate to use this PowerPoint with your students and I don't mind adapting it to the needs of your classroom.
